For decades, Georgian restaurants in New York worked alone — building loyal followings in their neighborhoods but rarely joining forces. Marketing budgets were small. Suppliers charged single-restaurant prices. Press coverage was thin.
The Guild changes that. By bringing Georgian operators together, we lower costs through group buying, raise visibility through shared campaigns, and create a community where owners can trade hard-won lessons in private.
